This company seems to be a joke I wrote a 1 star review for lack of responsiveness to 4 tickets I made to try to contact them about ordering the wrong size bracelet they read the review sent me an email stating they would send me my desired bracelet length free if I removed the review which I did and have since had no further contact from them they aren't a very good company to deal with

I have today received my order everything is beautiful and from order to delivery took 7 days
I can’t wait to give them as gifts I know the recipients will love them too

I love their jewelleries , I ordered two times from this company and never let me down . Lovely bracelets and charms , personalised charms are perfect for birthdays presents and they are good quality . My friend have three kids if i was buying in different shop will cost me over £100 three personalised charms .At Gnoce I ordered two and i had two for free and a free bracelet all for £59.90 perfect birthday gift . I highly recommend this website

Fantastic jewellery and price ,fast delivery I recommend these . I have plenty of the charms and especially the photo charms are my favourite 😍

While the charms are not bad, if you're on the fence about ordering, I would avoid. They are not as customer friendly about returns.

It took about 2-3 weeks total of back and forth to get a return address, return the items, and receive a refund.

Overall, I lost about $25 in shipping costs for a full return on a $190 order.

The charms are cute, but the bracelet clasp was hard to manipulate and the charms weren't worth the $25 per piece I paid.

This is my first Gnôce order.
I bought myself the goat charm, plus both silver and gold tree of life bracelets.
I'm loving all 4 pieces ❤️. This includes my fabulous free
bracelet with safety chain , (plus another charm for a gift).
I'm very pleased with the quality.
My order arrived in a safe and timely manner, especially considering the way things are at the moment...
I'll definitely be adding more in the future 🤗🥰🤩

I first had the bracelet and charms for a birthday gift on the 30th July 2022.i liked them so much I placed a order on the same day.very beautiful bracelet and charms and very quick delivery,I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering more in the future

Customer service is really helpful - I had ordered something but had to cancel shortly after for personal reasons. The team were able to sort out the issue almost immediately.

I love gnoce have loads of their charms and the personalised photo ones aswel and they are amazing!! The shipping does take a while but it’s so worth it
